132KV SINGLE CIRCUIT GUYED STEEL TOWER
Compared the freestanding framework self-supporting tower, the guyed lattice masts are normally guyed in three directions equally spaced 120 degrees apart over an anchor radius of typically 2/3 of the tower height, The mast construction consists of triangular lattice modular section, each module fully welded tubular leg and solid round bar bracing incorporating integral step rungs fabricated into the lattice framework on one face this removes the need for a separate ladder. All masts sections are hot dipped galvanized after fabrication. Mast heights range 9 up to 50 meters, these masts can also be Etched primed and powder coated as an optional extra if required. tower based on structural calculations and geometrical frame
drawings. To meet the expectation, we produce shop drawings,
components list and full production documentation, and even
complete 3D models that facilitate the elimination of all design
and drawings errors generated on the drawings. Another advantage is
our 3D design and loading & design report, and can optimized
the design and save cost for our clients. Then we can calculate the
guyed tower loading and choose reliable guyed wire and tower shape
for our client.
Moreover, MEGATRO had professional QA &QC team to control
quality and execute strict QC & QC plan as per client
requirements. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a
face of 132KV single circuit guyed steel tower. After fabrication
all 132KV single circuit guyed steel tower are delivered to the
galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed
through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then
Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free
towers. Even we take secondary finish for client again, which as
duplex surface treatment. The duplex coating applied in our own
paint shop.
